Each ticket to the CRSSD FESTIVAL constitutes a revocable, limited license to attend CRSSD FESTIVAL. By entering CRSSD FESTIVAL grounds, the ticket holder grants to FNGRS CRSSD, its affiliates, licensees, sponsors, and designees the irrevocable right to use, reproduce, transmit, exhibit, and publish the ticket holder’s image, likeness, voice, and statements, whether captured live or recorded in photographs, video, audio, or any other media, for any and all promotional, commercial, or advertising purposes, in perpetuity and throughout the world, without any further authorization or compensation.

The ticket holder understands and agrees that entry into CRSSD FESTIVAL constitutes a release and waiver of any claims related to the use of such media, including without limitation any claims of infringement, invasion of privacy, violation of publicity rights, or defamation.These terms are a material condition of entry, and by attending CRSSD FESTIVAL, the ticket holder acknowledges acceptance of this image and likeness release.
